what are the top noach syncro monsters to have that have good effects and will help any deck that runs tuners
Stardust dragon and goyo are my favourites.
- "Ally of Justice Catastor", "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier", and "Black Rose Dragon" are also good choices in addition to the ones above. --Blue (Talk) 21:16, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
Hyper Psychic Blaster is a good choice for life point recovery, you can put it in any deck (despite the psychic requirement) by synchro summoning a psychic type synchro then tunning it again
