Forum:X/XX Sabers + Flamvells?

IMPORTANT NOTE: I have not, and cannot, make this deck on any game or in real life. This deck idea is just an idea. Feel free to try it out or to make suggestions.

Here's the thing: (X)X-Sabers can swarm really fast with Faultroll, Rescue Cat, Spiritual Earth Art, Giant Rat and Emmersblade, and Flamvells are made of recruiting sex with Firedog and Rekindling. It's just an idea for now, but this is what I'm thinking right now:

  • 2 XX-Saber Boggart Knight
  • 3 XX-Saber Faultroll
  • 2 X-Saber Palomuro
  • 1 X-Saber Pashuul
  • 3 XX-Saber Emmersblade
  • 2 XX-Saber Fulhelmknight
  • 3 Flamvell Firedog
  • 3 Flamvell Magician
  • 1 XX-Saber Ragigura

• Spells: 12
  • 1 One for One
  • 3 Hand Destruction
  • 3 Pot of Avarice
  • 1 Heavy Storm
  • 1 Mystical Space Typhoon
  • 3 Rekindling

• Traps: 3
  • 3 Gottoms' Emergency Call

Problems: Slow (as far as drawing?) and a lack of monster destruction and being able to deal with Royal Oppression? Things I'm trying to do with this deck: You'll notice that I have included basically everything that I can to make the (X)X-Sabers run as fast as possible (hopefully, or maybe I screwed something up...), and the Flamvell monsters and Rekindling is in there kinda as an afterthrought. Well, it is, but I think that it can work out really well (Summoner Monk into Rescue Cat OR Flamvell Magician gives you four targets instead of the usual one!), but as I was making this, I realized that it's too theoretical. There are too many opportunities for the deck to run horribly (by drawing too many monsters, for instance), and the deck seems unbalanced to me. Zeroblizzard 18:43, April 4, 2010 (UTC)Zeroblizzard
