An interesting guide, definently, though I disagree with a few points. I especially disagree with the card limit. All depending on the type of deck you're running, yes, but if your entire deck manages to have synergy with each other, a player can easily pull off a 50-60 deck with little problems. I've got a 60 that runs like a dream, and I've seen a few others that run exactly what they need to, at a 50-60, and can consistantly pull off wins. Now yes, this is more for newer players here, in my opinion, but the "Stick close to 40" isn't always a very good idea at all. Ia Morte 14:30, January 25, 2012 (UTC)

I assume this is based on real life experience. I've seen 60 card Decks work - however, after reducing those Decks by even 5 cards, they worked many times better. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 16:04, January 25, 2012 (UTC)

Most players would agree that there are a few (or perhaps several) cards that they would like to draw as often as possible. A couple generic examples of this would be Monster Reborn or Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning. Although 60 card decks can work, using 40-42 greatly increases the chances of getting to those critical cards. For example, in the mid-game, when both players have gone through 20ish cards, the player with 40 cards has a 1/20 chance of drawing that Monster Reborn, while the one with 60 cards has only a 1/40 chance, half as much as the 40 card player. Really, it's all just math. Lappyzard (talkcontribs) 20:08, January 25, 2012 (UTC)
