Picture[edit]

Wouldn't it be better for the image of this card from the anime's current ending to be used instead of the one that's being used now? After all, the image from the ending has this card's anime effect written on it, whereas it was proven a fair while back that the effect written on the card in the image that's being used at the moment is that of Stardust Dragon. - Danieru Lynx (92.8.143.194 17:32, 31 December 2008 (UTC))

Possible Tips?[edit]

Is there any possible tips with this card? I don't see anything usefull in it's effect. Diehard Guy 09:56, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

This would be a good card for a Legendary Ocean Deck, since Legendary Ocean lowers the levels of WATER monsters, making them easier to summon, and adding field spells to your hand is a great advantage for a Legendasy Ocean Deck. YGOrox 09:56, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
When I was reading in Manjyomethunder's site, I have noticed the AFD's effect has changed to an "Earthbound God Killer" effect. Diehard Guy 15:36, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Hey if Ancient Fairy dragon was used to destroy Realm of Light from Lightsworn but instead i remove 2 shine counter can i still gain 1000 life points and retrieve another field card from my deck?

Ancient Gear Swarm[edit]

Use this in an Ancient Gear Deck. After you synchro this thing, use it's first effect to flip out a monster from your hand. Then activate Geartown, destroy it, which lets you summon an AG from your deck, gain 1000 lp just for fun, and get another gear town from your deck. (I'm rambling. You can tell right?) Activate the second Geartown, which will allow you to sac the monster you summoned for AG Golem. That leaves you with this thing, AG Golem, and whatever you summoned from your hand.

I think you will find there was a ruling about this effect, ensuring that timing is missed and you cannot obtain Geartown's Special Summon effect if it is destroyed by Ancient Fairy Dragon.
