But why does this happen? If man-eater bug's effect resolves when it's attacked and send to the graveyard why this one not? —This unsigned comment was made by 87.222.235.239 (talkcontribs) 21:27, 25 December 2009 (UTC)
"Man-Eater Bug" isn't needed for its own effect. Its effect is to destroy a monster on the field. You don't need a "Man-Eater Bug" on the field for that. "Brain Jacker's" effect involves using itself. You need the "Brain Jacker" card to equip it to an opponent's monster. If "Brain Jacker" is destroyed, you won't have the "Brain Jacker" card to equip to the opponent's monster. -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:41, December 25, 2009 (UTC)

If Brain jacker is destroyed while he's eqipped to a monster does that monster's control return to the opponent?

Yes, But brain jacker cant be hit by a monster. You need a card that destroys equip cards to kill BJ

if the equipped monster is destroyed does brain jacker go to graveyard? 124.197.83.183 (talk) 16:22, March 31, 2013 (UTC)
