Bommer not Bomber

The name of the Japanese card is not Giant Bomber Airraid, but rather Giant Bommer Airraid. I was talking with someone who knew Japanese, and if one checks, none of the kana in Giant Bommer Airraid [ジャイアント・ボマー・エアレイド] match to either Black Bomber [ブラック・ボンバー] or Dark Dive Bomber [ダーク・ダイブ・ボンバー], but both Dark Dive Bomber and Black Bomber share ボンバー. The name is Reminiscent of one of the Jet transformers off Tranformers.
