answer: yes you can. the first effect of the card is to discard any card. then chose a dinosaur from your graveyard and special summon it. if they didnt want someone to reborn the dinosaur they just summon, they would have put discard 1 card after you get a dinosaur (yugioh online, made by konami, allow you to reborn the dinosaur you just discarded)however if you dont have any dinosaurs in your graveyard this card cant be activated. 11:00pm 2 may 2010
