would you be able to summon the winged dragon of ra when this card is out? Because Ra's summon cant be negated but im not sure if this would count.--Knightkmirror 02:30, April 20, 2010 (UTC)

First, you should use the forum (link on left-hand side of page).

Second, Jam Breeding Machine doesn't negate the summoning. It shuts down all of your summoning, except for Slime Tokens. To answer your question, Ra cannot be summoned if Jam Breeding Machine is in play. Sabre Knight 03:32, April 20, 2010 (UTC)
