Because those Asian tournament promos are complete whacko. (Almost) anything out of the ordinary = illegal. But I suppose if you want a more technical reason; It's an effect monster, so its lore should just be effect text, yet "The key to victory is to never quit believing in your Deck!", which makes no sense from an effect text point of view is included. -- Deltaneos (talk) 12:30, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
