With this card if you were to target Destiny Hero - Malicious in the gave who is level 6 what levels for monsters do you get to select?

"Special Summon 1 Destiny Hero monster from your Deck whose Level is less than or equal to half the selected monster's."

Because it says first "whose level is less than" I assume I can hit a level 5 or 4 D - Hero, then when it goes on with the sentence "or equal to half the selected monster's." Which leaves me to believe that it can only now hit a Level 5,4, or 3 D - Hero from the deck because of it says equal to half also makes be believe I cannot hit a level 2 or 1 D - Hero monster from the deck. But If it is an odd monster say Level 5, Can I hit a Level 4 or 2 monster because of how you have to round down, Because 4 is still Less than' and Level 2 is equal to half while still being rounded down for the ruling.

The wording on this card confused me greatly can anyone help me out please?Trygon 17:01, September 15, 2009 (UTC)
