FTK + Gravity Behemoth

I have never had anyone say that will or will not work, so I thought that the generous people of the internet might be able to help me. Basically, I have 2 Questions:

1) If you set Pyro Clock on your first turn, and then Bait Doll it, would you be able to attack even though your opponent hasn't had a move yet? A friend and I actually designed a deck around this concept, and I was wondering if that was 2 hours down the drain or not. I expect it was, but I'll hold onto that sliver of hope anyways.

2) Again with Pyro Clock. Same idea; if you bait a Pyro Clock on turn one, could you then Normal Summon Gravity Behemoth? This one I'm not sure what would happen, so this one may be the more relevant question.
