Are you sure this is a Winged Beast?
The requirements for Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation are a Dragon (White Dragon Ninja), Sea Serpent (Blue Dragon Ninja), or a Dinosaur.

The user (Yami-Silver) that wrote the post from where I took the Infos, is a Mod from that Forum (it's the greatest german Forum) and most importantly he works for Konami. He is the european Kevin Teward if you want to say so, so he posted the Stats and effects and I took them.Kusuguttai (talk • contribs) 18:59, October 29, 2012 (UTC)

I won't trust him - our Kevin Teward got his ass kicked for saying that Xyz Materials get their effect when detached (Sangan/Reborn Tengu/etc.) from the field. --iFredCat 19:06, October 29, 2012 (UTC)

That's the difference betwenn yours and ours, he only says something if he has the permission of Konami and he can prove the information like in that post who he says he "Updated the Startpost. New Infos from U.S.A." (http://www.etcg.de/forum/index.php?page=Thread&postID=2716064#post2716064).
