Reconstructed anime effect

Do we really need the "Reconstructed anime effect" disclaimer for this card? It almost seems unnecessary, since we don't see its anime lore anywhere on the article... --Yes, it's PSYCHID! ^{He talks! He does stuff!} 14:11, May 2, 2015 (UTC)
