Wording

"Union Monsters can be recognized by the fact that, where on a normal Effect Monster it would read 'Effect', Union Monsters have 'Union'. " The phrase "normal Effect Monster" doesn't sound very professional... Wouldn't it be wiser to use words like regular, ordinary instead of normal? Because this phrase confuses.

Rename

I'n not sure that's necessary. In English, words in titles are usually capitalised, even if they wouldn't be capitalised in a normal sentence. See the Hand article for example, which is written "hand" in lore but still called "Hand" in the page's title. Emmic (talk • contribs) 11:29, May 23, 2014 (UTC)

Those aren't properly named then, at least by normal English guidelines. I see your point though. For consistency, we should probably rename either this page or those pages. A finnicky stylistic issue like this should probably be a community or admin decision though. :/ Has this been discussed elsewhere already, or do we need to set a poll here or something? We don't need a poll. The reason this page wasn't at "Union monster" before is because the most recently printed Union monster used a capital "M" in its effect text. Now that a newer print uses lower case, we can rename. --Golden Key (talk • contribs) 13:38, May 23, 2014 (UTC)

Hand Equip

Question: A player may equips a union monster from the hand or must from the field to the host? (Since the cards don't say: equip from hand OR equip this face-up card. Is a bit confuse)

• EX: Player haves Metallizing Parasite - Soltite in the hand and Gearfried the Swordmaster.

Also equips Union monsters to Gearfried the Swordmaster trigers it effect?

Note: I reads the rulings from both Union and Gearfried before ask

1. Union monsters must be on the field first before they're equipped to the appropriate monsters.

2. Union monsters are treated as Equip Spell cards while they're equipped to a monster, so yes, this would trigger Gearfried's effect.

Armory Arm

I think Armory Arm should be changed to Synchro/Union too

"Armory Arm" is not a Union monster (since its card text doesn't specify that it is), so we do not list it as such on Wikia. Note that talk pages are only for discussing the content of pages, not the topic the page is about. --SnorlaxMonster 01:35, April 23, 2016 (UTC)
