Translated name

Can the name really translate as "Magical Sky Master Tout le Monde"? I don't know anything about Japanese but translating something into English, and it containing the French for "all the world" seems like a mistake somewhere...Poisoni (talk • contribs) 13:12, April 13, 2013 (UTC)
