I've been dueling for the past 4 years, but haven't gotten deep into it until the past 2 years. I do know well how the game works now, and I own currently 5 decks, the two most used being Victory Viper/Gradius and Creator. My collection of cards is small, but my knowledge is expansive, so if you say the card's FULL name, chances are I know what it is. Meta decks don't make sense to me, build your own deck based on what you like personally. It is in the end, just a game. Have fun playing!
