So since "Harpie Queen" isn't treated as a "Harpie Laidy" until she is on the field, do you still get to destroy a magic or trap card when she is summoned, due to the effect of "Harpies' Hunting Ground"?
"Harpies' Hunting Ground" will still destroy a card.
"Harpies' Hunting Ground" checks the card's name after applying Continuous effects, similar to how "King Tiger Wanghu" or "Bottomless Trap Hole" check ATK. So, you first Summon "Harpie Queen", and then you apply its effect and change its name to "Harpie Lady". Then, "Harpies' Hunting Ground" checks the monster's name; right now, the name is "Harpie Lady", so "Harpies' Hunting Ground"'s effect will activate.
