When you activate monster effects in your hand, it's an unspoken rule that you reveal the monster whose effect you're activating, because that monster's effect becomes public knowledge once it enters the Chain.
While I do appreciate you approaching me directly for help, try to direct your questions regarding card rulings to the Ruling Queries forum first.
