Creating Set Number Redirects[edit]
I see you started to add the English Tactical Evolution redirects. I will clarify our procedure with OCG ---> TCG Booster Pack releases.
We first create the article using the best known/best approximated English Name. It's then we add the Japanese and Card Number redirects to this "unofficial" English name.
We then wait for the Official English Names to come along. This is where we then move (where applicable) the Original Article to it's new name. The original name is then deleted, and all references are changed where appropriate. Where the original name was used in the Anime instead of the TCG name, it's left intact.
When we move the article, we then edit the article (Especially removing the OCG from the Template at the top), and add the |trad = tag at the bottom to compensate. An English Set Section is also added, along with the redirect to the English Set Number. The Card Number and Japanese Redirect are also modified.
It is only then we fill out the English Redirects, when we have a confirmed name.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 02:17, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. If you wish to work on the card galleries, I'd be grateful if you could go through the ones we alreayd have, and finish those ones first. Here's a quick guide to what cards need to go on:
- Each card with a different Set Number is to be included.
- In later sets, both the original rarity and the Ultimate Rare and/or Holographic Rare needs to be included.
- The Category at the bottom needs to read like this: Category:Card Galleries|Infinite Cards to facilitate sorting, obviously replacing "Infinite Cards" with the card name in question.--TwoTailedFox (My Talk Page) 12:56, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
