Frogs

Well for starters, I would like to know the key cards, and then the common card combos which make frogs so fast, if you could. (Also, please sign your posts on my talk page so I can easily link back to you for replies) Thanks. Thorn of RosenYubel 23:45, April 15, 2010 (UTC)

Well since substitoad doesn't have a limit to how many times you can tribute to special summon per turn you can for example get three dupe/ Des frogs and use Des croaking then get out three submarine frogs out and then replace substitoad with unifrog and if wetlands is on the field then its an otk and with reverence toad coming you can use it to put a treeborn or revernce toad or tadpole in the grave.

and a tip for monarchs if you have swap frog you can use his effect to reuse monarchs back to your hand and resummon em if you have a frog in your hand.

ah, that sounds like a very strong combo. And after tributing all those frogs I assume you can play Pot of Avarice and can do it all over again next turn? But then how would you set that combo up? you'd have to have 3 other monsters on the field in order to tribute them for the new ones wouldn't you? (or at least if you plan to use the Des Croaking part).

That's a very good tip for monarchs, thanks. Could you tell me any other, more basic combos you can accomplish with frogs? As well as some other recommended cards (besides the basic Wetlands, and Pot of Avarice), and what they are used for? Thorn of RosenYubel 21:32, April 17, 2010 (UTC)
