Card Rulings:Caius the Shadow Monarch[edit]
Only rulings that specifically appear on official sources should appear on the Card Rulings pages. Yours did not, so it was removed. Also, your ruling was incorrect - the effect of "Caius the Shadow Monarch" targets the card it is to remove from play. The OCG ruling specifies that it targets, and there is nothing in the TCG to indicate or suggest otherwise.
