Yo!

I am the first to post on your new page. Cool. I will try to shorten my posts but i usually have a lot to say when i have something to say. I am glad you liked it and i will fix a deck to fit their price range but it might be a little more than 40 because i checked with the guy and he said it would be ok if i go over a little but you are right, this does cost a lot if you have none of the cards though i find that hard to believe so i really counted most of the monsters and some spells/traps, not all of them i guess. Do you think i should try to use chaos sorcerer in the fortune lady deck i am making because i think that with 3 cyber valley and 3 Lady Lights plus 3 lady Dark would be ok considering i can get out any fortune lady very easily with light so i can get them both in the grave but i dont know. What do you think? Do you think that 3 Lady Darks and 3 Lady Earth would be too much because i am on the fence with that but i cannot find anything else to replace a copy or two of them with. Give me a thought. I can understand if you cant because this is my trial and you probably wont be able to help me otherwise that would be cheating so you dont have to. Yeah, I thought of that, and I wanted to go in more of a Gladiator Beast direction...lol. Big monsters backed up by traps. The large amount of searchers allow for some toolboxing (in a way). They also funnel the strategy towards Parshath. Thank you for your feedback. -bewk

I'd rate his trial deck a 6.5 out of 10. It was good, but there were better choices for the card slots, like Charge of the Light Brigade, and other LS monsters, because Jain isn't the best of them. I think he deserves another trial. He will make good decks with a little more practice and experience. If he gets more, he will be a great deck builder. Let us see what he does with the Fortune Lady deck. -bewk

My Trial Deck

You said that you liked the deck so i assumed that you thought it was pretty good. I used jain and the other monsters because the user asked for a synchro warrior deck. That is why i used jain because i would have used lyla and maybe even lumina, and charge of the light brigade but all i really needed was jain as a light warrior that mills because garoth needs another lightsworn on the field to mill, and ryko for removal and milling. I would have used charge and even recharge as well but they didnt fit the description. I didnt want to stray anymore from the warrior theme because half the monsters were other types so i wanted to stay within the request even though the user cleared me for the budget increase. So, please rate the deck based on that fact and not on the lightsworns i chose because i am well aware that those arent the best monsters in the archetype. In fact for my deck, i am getting three lyla, three lumina and only two ryko. NYKid8295 23:16, November 26, 2009 (UTC)

• No, please dont get me wrong, i take your criticism constructively and i know you guys think i have potential and want me to be on the team. I just wanted to clarify the choices with you all, because i want you to know why, not because i am pissed you guys gave me a 6 or 7 on the deck or anything like that. In fact, i am totally flattered that both you and BEWK gave me all those compliments and want me to be on the team with you guys. That's totally awesome for me considering i only really learned meta strategies since i joined the wikia and have only dueled (not counting against myself) like 20 times altogether. And i know that you guys are tough graders because you guys are so awesome at building decks, you are the most respectable people on here that i know. You guys are really nice but tough where you need to be, which is good. I see you guys as my mentors on this wikia. Thanks for all the help and consideration.

• When you say that my build will be unorthodox is that good or bad. I mean, unorthodox sounds more bad than good. I try to be original and think of everything in a deck so sometimes i might add some situational cards but i try to avoid that. I use different combos and ideas i think of an try to make them work. Maybe i sometimes go towards utility more than power and that's why my builds seem unorthodox. I don't know but i don't get why everyone says that. • Unorthodox can go either way. It can create whole new fantastic deck types (see Gravekeeper Cat, Gadgets, Z-Heros, etc.) or the deck can have no synergy and fail all together. • Oh, that is what you meant by saying unorthodox. I thought you meant that the deck was just strange. I'm not new but you can say that considering i really learned the strategy behind different decks and really boosted my game just recently. Like i said i have been collecting cards and building decks since the game came out in the states. It isn't that i haven't played because of choice but up until i turned 13, i wasn't very social and aware of the yugioh community around me so i only knew strategies that i came up with on my own and learning about this wikia 4 months ago also helped a lot. • I look at tcgplayer sometimes though it is somewhat hard to navigate. Pojo is just talk threads. It's crap to me. Looking at other people's decks makes me sick. I would rather help out new players and learn from other people's decks here than on TCGplayer. When i look at those decks, i just feel like they are net decked when i see their ranks or other decks are mediocre and inconsistent and some cards in there are absolutely pointless. Some are hybrids of 3 different types of decks which makes me dizzy. D-Heroes + Zombies + Lightsworns= too much crap:/ I dont like decks that are a whole single tech. It is just too weird. I just use TCGplayer for some ideas and Wikia for card/archetype info, tips, rulings, and other ideas. I also like helping out you guys and other duelist in need on here. • Both TCGplayer and Pojo are more difficult to navigate than wikia. Wikia's organization is fantastic. Anyways, this is more of a starting point for duelists than TCGplayer and Pojo. Both of those sites have some incredible builds. In fact, many if not most competitive duelists are on either TCGplayer or Pojo. Anyways, Pojo is considered the pinacle of the duelist websites. By your poor opinion of it, you've only seen the front page (which is 75% crap), you really need to go to the forum/message board to see what I'm talking about. • TCGpayer is ok but Pojo had too many talk threads. I like TCGPlayer and look at it quite a bit but Pojo is way too hard to navigate and TCGplayer and this Wikia are enough for me. How about you, are you on TCGplayer or Pojo?

• I was thinking of building a Z-Hero deck after i saw it on TCGplayer. That or a D-Light deck (a Lightsworn/D-Hero hybrid that makes use of the Malacious engine along with plaguespreader and gale for level 8 synchros). I might even do a Vayu/Lightsworn deck that will focus on summoning Armor Master by focusing more on elphin because i think that the current vayu turbo isnt good enough because of the combo between vayu and sirrocco. You will never need Armed Wing. It is the worst BW synchro and maybe the worst synchro in the game. Because the deck will not be a blackwing deck but twilight, sirrocco doesn't matter in this case because he would be just as useful/useless as sirrocco in this build. I think people dont see this and that is why it fails more than normal BW builds even after gale's limitation. I will use Dark Grepher, DAD, and possibly Chaos Sorcerer too. • Thanks so much for your high opinion of us, it means a lot. Anyways, people utilize Armed Wing more due to it's ability to be more easily summoned. People prefer Sirocco as it's a universal card, it can be played even without a blackwing and, as such, is a more consistent card. People use Vayu Turbo to spew out beatsticks and Armed Wing is the more consistent beatstick to shoot out. Effects are negated so it's unecessary to try to summon Armor Master unless you main deck 3 Book of Moon (which resets Armor Master's effect). Though you don't actually plan to use Sirocco, it is still an excellent opening move and can be devastating against other Vayu builds. Anyways, Pojo is the more professional of the sites with more experienced deckbuilders. The Pojo forums are always filled with great decks... I do all of these sites, though I have to say that i'm on wikia the most and TCGplayer the second most. --Tantara (talk) 22:12, November 28, 2009 (UTC)

• Yeah but i was thinking of incorporating the Vayu Turbo in my fortune lady build because of future visions being able to reset effects and ATK points so i would get Armor Master with his effect. I might incorporate Beast King Barbaros too for the same reason but he would be easier to summon. Fortune Ladies are a toolbox archetype too so thjat will add a lot more versatility that is much needed in Vayu Turbo decks. What do you think??? BTW, Sorry about the page! If you thought it was almost deleted because you didnt see my fortune lady build it was because i couldnt post it last night because of internet failure. I dont have time today but i will post the deck tomorrow so give me your feedback on the vayu turbo/fortune lady build idea so i can change the deck if i need to! I also just looked at the page but it seems like someone doesnt like me because they erased all my posts that i wrote last night! Just to make sure, did you see the posts i made about apologizing to the guy who requested the Aslla Piscu deck or the post i made where i said i would post the Fortune Lady deck tonight(which meant last night)(both were supposed to be the newest posts on those requests).If you did and they werent there later someone tried to delete the page. • This is the BW version of the deck that i envisioned. It adds two win conditions (DAD and the Vayu Turbo) and the main way to recycle Light is by Evacuation. By using that + Future Visions is enough to get out any Fortune Lady i need (usually dark). Dark Grepher is to dump Elphin and Vayu and Gale is there as another tuner that i can summon faster if there is another blackwing on the field. Reckless, Allure are for drawing and so is Water. Bribe is to avoid any traps/spells and Bottomless and Evacuation are to control my opponent's monster count as well as is Fire. Visions like i explained is to reset Armor Masters effect as well. I asked about the Vayu idea for myself not for the user but i will use the barabros idea because that because it was the original beastick in the deck and is so easy to summon with Visions. Hey Tan, I was wondering if i could help with the deck guide project as well. Mainly, i can make a plant guide and Fortune Lady guide because i have been building plant decks ever since i joined this wikia which was four months ago and i have looked and tried so many fortune lady builds that i feel like pukig thinking about them again. I have tried burning plants (Pheonixian Clust Amaryllis/Fire build), Light Plants (Lightsworns/Plants), Dark Plants (DARK/Plants or Grave Plants), and Skill drain plants. I have also tried a Plant Synchro idea as well. What do you say? I can post my current plant deck for you and you can see the fortune lady build i made on decks for free too. Hey, if you would like to see my opinions on the Fortune Lady Monster lineup and what monsters you should use/not use and how many of them you should use and in what builds, check the fortune ladies page. I posted the last 4 or 5 sections under the playability section. I think that when people saw that me and Berfomet were trying to get in decks for free they wanted to try too. Not dissing you or anything Flushy. Great minds think alike;) i just hope it doesnt get overcrowded or anything. You should probably set a limit. Maybe me and Flushy or Berfomet or them two should be the last to join. 5 deckbuilders are enough. 6 or more would be too much even though we might get to requests quicker. I didnt know you were so sly! I cant believe you would try to almost "sneak" me in like that and vouch for me too! You must really believe in me to do all that and include me in Decks for Free! after only two trials and when my Glads sucked too! Thanks so much man. I really appreciate all this! I forgot to write that i also got 2 Chaius in the Gold packs. Do you think i should add in them in my Blackwing deck because i dont think that he is very good but a lot of people seem to like him and add him in Chaos decks and Z-Hero decks. Can i also ask why people use and like goblin zombie so much because i dont see to much in his effect besides being able to get you a Pyramid turtle or Zombie Master but maybe that's enough for zombie decks because those two are the best low level zombies in the game. BTW, did you get my thoughts on Berfomet and Flushy on the Decks for Free discussion page. I am ok with flushy i think but i thought that berfomet wasnt very good. is builds were mostly mediocre besides his gemini deck maybe. Flushy makes good decks but i like originality and i am not sure how original his trial decks are for me. It also depends on the deck you are dealing with because certain decks like GB and BW have very set Monster and Spell/Trap lineups but the decks he took as trials had room for more originality which makes me unsure how original he was trying to be. • Hey dude. 'Sup? I just have a few questions to ask. First of all, how are you? We havent talked directly for a week i guess. Looks like you have had enough of me;) I wanted to ask you about some rulings because i want to make a Cyberdark deck for a user that requested it on the thread but i need to know these rulings: 1. When you equip a monster to a Cyberdark, Can you use it as synchro material and if it is a tuner, can you use it as a tuner for a synchro summon? 2. When Armed Dragon Lvl 3 is equipped to a Cyberdark, can i use Level Up! on him to summon Armed Dragon Lvl. 5. I was thinking of doing a variant with Lvl monsters (particularly the Armed Dragon series) and using Level Up! to summon Armed Dragon Level 5 and consequentially Lvl 7. • That sucks so bad. I had his awesome idea for the deck but it looks like it wont happen. CRAP!!! (sigh...) The only prob i have with Phalanx is that on the Cyberdarks it says that you equip a monster but it doesnt say to treat it as an equip spell so i am not sure about this and i cant find any rulings on it. But using common sense you would guess that if the monster cant attack and is the spell/trap zone then you wouldnt be able to use its effect unless it specifically said you could. • Monsters that are equipped are treated as spells, so it won't work... NYKid, we don't use OCG cards, so count out phalanx :\. • I just got my lightsworns today and i am trying them out in my BW deck and my GB deck too. Well i am sorry that i want a say in this stuff and want to take part in the thread other than just building decks. I find it extremely rude that you say that i "drove off" Flushy. He apologized and deleted his resignation from your talk page which means he still wants in. I took a shot at a Cactus Fighter OTK deck, and I think I was able to help the deck pull off the OTK a lot quicker. I may have messed up a little bit, but I have never tried a Cactus Fighter OTK deck before, so I would be glad to take another trial if you don't think I did well. • Well the idea was that with Spiritual Earth Art, i could resummon Rescue Cat by tributing an X-Saber or Earth attribute GB after using it's effect and then bring it back with Ragigura. I have a Faultroll and 2 Gardestrike as well as 3 Fullhelm Knight too but i wasnt sure about those. The idea was to use GB as an engine that provides support and an array of effects to support me while i go for synchros and disrupt my opponent with Uruz and set up big plays with Rescue Cat. • I noticed that Flushy did confirm him wanting in so what are we going to do. I think that Flushy is good but i still like to see more originality. I am not sure about Akiza but she seems to be good and she has made a lot of decks. hey look pretty good. The only problem is which one has the shot or is getting in because remember that we drew the line at me and flushy. If Flushy is good, he technically had the shot first so he should get in but he also said he quit and Akiza asked to get in before he said he still wants in so this is really tough. I think that we let one in but ask Akiza to do a couple more trials and then compare the two. I was wondering what else i could do besides just building decks on the help thread too. • That's true and both are pretty good and i would say equal to me. Blue is nonexistent on the thread and BEWK seems to be content with his own decks and it seems more like he is just lending a hand more than being a main deck builder but that is my opinion. Me and you are the most active. The GB idea was originally me trying to space out some of the GB's because the deck is testing so inconsistent with me and it doesnt seem like it has so many optioins any more. I would either draw 4 or 5 spells/traps and then 1 monster and sometimes not a GB or i would get a hand of 4 monsters or 3 at least and 2 or 3 s/t's. I put in Sangan as a searcher but that isnt enough. I wasnt sure about using Giant Rat because if i specialed Cat on my opponent's battle phase then it would be destroyed and i would have to use call of the haunted or Spiritual Earth Art no matter what. What do you think? Should i keep my GB's or go for X-Sabers because i am trying to buy the cards for one of those decks. I wish i did have unlimited funds for Z-Heroes but i only have money to buy Goblin zombies because Malicious is 30 bucks and so is D-Draw. How i am supposed to get Malicious in the grave anyway? I dont have a mystic tomato to get him on the field or anything and if i use sangan then i will get it in my hand which i dont want either. I like dasher too because if i get him in the grave i get a free monster, any monster. So that is an easy summon of caius or any other monster. I think that pyramid turtle is good but i would replace it for a mezuki if i could. I like goblin zombie too and i will use him. I was planning to. Do you think Diva is good or would you like Krebons better? I like Diva because i can get two synchros if i build enough field presence which is really easy with Zombies and Malicious. • I dont think that it is really experience. My deck doesnt use any Gladiator Proving Ground so i sometimes just draw only spells. I dont have Laquiri either and i dont have a 3rd Test Tiger so maybe that is it. I am just using a dumbed down Z-Hero deck for now until i can get D-Draw and Malicious. I am going to lose a Dasher for a Doom Lord and DAD for a third Diva or something like that because with DAD, Dasher, and Caius + no D-Draw = Dead draw hell:/ You should open up an msn acount so we can talk. It would be Malicious +Norleras +PoC + D-Hero Diamond Dude instead of Malicious+ Caius+ Mezuki or something like that. I havent figured out which cards i want to switch but i want to use PoC and Norleras because that would really give the deck some power. This is the deck i am thinking about and acame up with after you left. Proxy it and try it out because i dont have access to a printer or YVD.

Please try it as i am confident in it and you would really let me down if you didnt give it a shot. We can play test it together so i can see how it goes too. But you have to run it because i dont have a working printer (its still in the box and is a bog one). Hey Thor, new idea for the Rock STUN/RFG deck. I was thinking, Bombardment->Dump Gaia->SS Gigantes and remove Gaia-> Use escape from a different dimension or Return or DDR to summon Gaia-> Normal summon and attack for BIG damage. HUH?!? Nice, right??? Try it, i think this will make up for the resource loss. This way we can get powerhouses out fast. Maybe a Soul Release or two or how about dimensional fissure because none of the monsters effects need them to specifically go the grave so if we do it this way we dont need a gigantes to remove a Gaia, it will already be moved out of play. What do you think? I will be on tonight if you want to talk and play test this idea. Just add a DDR, 2 Escape, and a Return and maybe a Soul Release or two or Dimensional Fissure. I think that this would be better. I really want this to work because if we can get it to work i am sure that this will become a powerful deck. BW Zombies suck BTW, they each do their own thing. The only point where they meet is the fact that they both swarm quickly and that i can use Deep Sea diva to sync twice very quickly with both types/archetypes. • I checked out Aki's build. It was ok but garonith and wulf were not at all the best choices. JD is enough. Jd can be at 2 and then he could have used another Ryko, another 2 Lyla and then he could have kept 2 wulf i guess. I think the deck isnt balanced out enough and it could have been more consistent, in terms of monsters used. Maybe JD at 1 or something but still, he could have done better. I think that his builds are good but rough and unrefined. That's y main issue with Aki. Anyway, hows it going. I made a Cyberdark-Twilight hybrid, and the user I made it for loved it. You can take a look at it, then decide if it is a good enough build to allow me to join officially.
