Every known resident of the Barian World (except [[Rei Shingetsu|Rei]]) is loosely named after one of the stars of the [[wikipedia:Big Dipper|Big Dipper]]: [[Durbe]] after Dubhe, [[Alit]] after Alioth, [[Misael]] after Mizar, [[Gilag]] after Merak and [[Vector]] after Phecda.
