The '''Tablet of Lost Memories''' depicts a scene from the ancient past of [[Pharaoh Atem]]. Among other things, it features:
* On the left side, [[Priest Seto]]; on the right side, [[Pharaoh Atem]]. They seem to be involved in an ancient Duel, as seen in a vision by Ishizu. However in the [[Dawn of the Duel]] arc the battle was slightly changed.
* Above the two Duelists left to right, figures representing "[[Blue-Eyes White Dragon (anime)|Blue-Eyes White Dragon]]" and "[[Dark Magician (anime)|Dark Magician]]".
* Above that, the [[Millennium Puzzle]] surrounded by the 3 [[Egyptian Gods]]: [[Obelisk the Tormentor (anime)|Obelisk]], [[Slifer the Sky Dragon (anime)|Slifer]], and [[The Winged Dragon of Ra (anime)|Ra]].
