- To ensure that "Nitro Warrior's" effect is activated, use cards like "Curse of Anubis", "Stumbling", etc. on your opponent's monsters before or during your turn, depending on the card.
- This card works well with Ojama Trio, to inflict over 3000 points of damage.
- Along with the above, you cane equip Nitro warrior with Axe Of Despair and Fairy Meteor Crush to do loads of dammage to the opponent
- By using Enemy Controller to change one of the Ojama Tokens to Attack Position, not only will you be able to get a direct shot in, but you'll set up Nitro Warrior's effect as well. This combo will deal a total of 7200 damage (3800 for the first attack, 300 for the first Token's effect, and then 2800 and 300 for the second).
- Use easily Special Summoned five-star monsters like "Cyber Dragon", "The Tricky", or "Sillva, Warlord of Dark World" and then summon "Nitro Synchron" for an easy "Synchro Summon".
