if i activate it during my opponents turn, i will not miss the summoning condition right? or i have to wait for my turn to activate it so i have to not be able to summon my monsters because of the condition that it says "You cannot Summon or change Battle Position the turn you activate this card." to be able to activate the card? - That don't required you to be on your turn only - Yusei activated "Reinforce Truth" during Rudger's turn. So you can draw 2 cards during your opponent's turn. --FredCat 20:13, March 6, 2012 (UTC)
