Forum:Star Seraph Sovereign and Damage Step

Hello, i need to be sure of something: If i use Shining Angel's effect to summon a Star Seraph from my deck, can i use the effect of Star Seraph Sovereign from my hand, to summon it during the damage step? Generally, an optional Trigger Effect of a monster to Special Summon itself from the hand cannot be activated during the Damage Step unless otherwise specified.--Lê (talk • contribs) 10:54, January 14, 2015 (UTC)
