Masaya Nakamura is a character appearing in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4.
In the English version, his name is changed to Rio, who is a character from the previous Tag Force games, known as Ryo Kato in the Japanese version.

In the first event of Mina Simington's story, the Player and Mina challenge Rio and Simon to a duel.
Deck
Masaya's Decks are titled "Static and Dynamic Boundary" (静と動の境界). They contain a number of LIGHT monsters, whose effects focus on preventing the opponent from using Spell Cards. He has 3 copies of "Royal Decree" to shut down their Traps and no other Traps, so "Royal Decree" has no negative effect on him.
