Tenzen Yanagi (
He is referred to exclusively as Yanagi in the localized releases of the game.
Upon being talked to, Yanagi will tell the player about cards with alternate artworks, and he offers to give the player 1 such card every time the player finds him, talks to him, pays him 100 DP, and beats him at Rock-Paper-Scissors.
Yanagi only gives the player 1 chance every day, and he will not give the player a card if the result of Rock-Paper-Scissors is a tie.
Yanagi's location is random. He changes his location during sunfall, and he will change it again when it becomes nighttime. He will also switch to another random location if the player teams up with a character.
Yanagi gives 1 copy of the following cards to the player, always in this order.
