Jumbo Ushio is a Yu-Gi-Oh! 5C's character, who is a parody of Tetsu Trudge, who is known as Tetsu Ushio in the manga and Japanese version..
Jumbo along with other 5C's characters appear in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4.
Deck
In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4, Jumbo uses Decks titled "Zoi! Zoi! Zoi!" (ゾイ！ゾイ！ゾイ！).
"Zoi! Zoi! Zoi! 1" is a Level 3 Deck, he uses as the player's Tag Partner. It focuses on "Counter Fairies".
"Zoi! Zoi! Zoi! 2" is the same Deck as "Zoi! Zoi! Zoi! 1".
"Zoi! Zoi! Zoi! 3" is Level 4. It focuses on DARK monsters.
"Zoi! Zoi! Zoi! 4" is his Level 5 Deck.
