Declan Akaba, known as Reiji Akaba in the Japanese version, is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Tag Force series. This is a video game depiction of Declan Akaba, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime.

舞（まい）網（あみ）市（し）にある巨大（きょだい）企業（きぎょう）レオ・コーポレーションの現（げん）社長（しゃちょう）を務（つと）める１６歳（さい）の少年（しょうねん）。
世界（せかい）有数（ゆうすう）のデュエル塾（じゅく）レオ・デュエル・スクール（ＬＤＳ（エルディーエス））を傘下（さんか）にもつ。

デュエリストとしても輝（かがや）かしい経歴（けいれき）を持（も）ち、１３歳（さい）でジュニアユース選手権（せんしゅけん）、１４歳（さい）ではユース選手権（せんしゅけん）を制覇（せいは）、そして弱冠（じゃっかん）１５歳（さい）にしてプロデュエリストの資格（しかく）を得（え）たという天才（てんさい）。

遊（ゆう）矢（や）によってその存在（そんざい）が明（あき）らかになった「ペンデュラム召喚（しょうかん）」に興味（きょうみ）をもち、自社（じしゃ）で開発（かいはつ）したペンデュラムカードを使（つか）ってペンデュラム召喚（しょうかん）を実現（じつげん）させ、「ペンデュラム召喚（しょうかん）が自分（じぶん）だけのものではない」ことを遊（ゆう）矢（や）に突（つ）き付（つ）けた。
