2012 Israeli National Championship was a World Championship Qualifier for the 2012 World Championship. It determined the 2012 national champion of Israel. Sixty four people attended the event and it was won by Roi D.

In the remaining top eight, Santiago F. used a "Dark World" Deck, Eden Z. used an "Inzektor" Deck, Guy H. used an "Inzektor" Deck and Ben G. used a "Wind-Up" Deck.
