In episode 107, Serenity Wheeler uses this card during her Tag Duel with Duke Devlin against Nezbitt (It was originally Serenity, Duke, and Tristan Dueling against Nezbitt, but Tristan lost in an attempt to save Serenity from losing). She Tribute Summons this card by tributing "Lady Panther". She then activates the Deck Master ability of "Goddess with the Third Eye" to fuse this card with "The Forgiving Maiden" in order to Fusion Summon "St. Joan".

In episode 189, Rebecca Hawkins uses this card during her Duel against Vivian Wong. She discards this card and "Cure Mermaid" via the effect of "Graceful Charity". On Rebecca's Standby Phase, this card's effect increased Rebecca's Life Points by 200. The effect of "Fire Princess" then activates, inflicting 500 damage to Vivian. On Rebecca's next Standby Phase, the effect of this card increases Rebecca's Life Points by 200 again. The effect of "Fire Princess" then inflicts 500 damage to Vivian. On Rebecca's next Standby Phase, this card's effect increases Rebecca's Life Points by 200 again. The effect of "Fire Princess" then activates, inflicting 500 damage to Vivian.

In episode 192, Rebecca uses this card during her Duel against Leon von Schroeder. She discards this card via the effect of "Graceful Charity" as part of her strategy. Later Leon activates "Curse of Thorns" to target this card and negate its effects. This prevents Rebecca from using this card's effect while it is in the Graveyard. In the next episode, "Curse of Thorns" was still keeping this card's effects negated. On the last turn of the Duel, Leon sends "Curse of Thorns" to the Graveyard in order to activate "100-Year Awakening".
- In the first above-mentioned episode, this card is shown in a flashback Arthur Hawkins had when he noted to himself that Leon is a difficult opponent due to him easily breaking Rebecca's combo and damaging her Life Points.

In the three on one duel in the Virtual World, Marie the Fallen One was shown as a Normal monster in Serenity's hand.
