TCG Rulings

• If you fuse 2 Elemental Hero Neos to Summon this card, it gains no ATK from its effect, even if one of them was Elemental Hero Neos Alius being treated as Neos by its effect.

• If you use Goddess with the Third Eye to substitute for Elemental Hero Neos, this card does not gain half of the ATK of Goddess with the Third Eye.

• The ATK gained is based on the printed original ATK of the Warrior-Type monster used for the Fusion Summon.

• If you use a Token or a Trap Card treated as a monster, you use the original ATK value of the Token or the original ATK set by the Trap.

• If Skill Drain is used while Elemental Hero Neos Knight has gained ATK from its own effect, the ATK gain will disappear and will not return even if Skill Drain is destroyed.

• If Elemental Hero Neos Knight is flipped face-down while it has gained ATK from its own effect, the ATK gain will disappear and will not return even if Elemental Hero Neos Knight is flipped face-up again.

OCG Rulings

• If you use "Elemental Hero Neos Alius" whose name is being treated as "Elemental Hero Neos" in place of "Elemental Hero Neos" as a Fusion Material to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Neos Knight", then "Elemental Hero Neos Alius" was used as "Elemental Hero Neos" for the Fusion Summon, so the ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" will not be increased by half the ATK of "Elemental Hero Neos Alius".

• If you use two copies of "Elemental Hero Neos" as Fusion Materials to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Neos Knight", then the ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" does not increase.

• If you use a monster like "King of the Swamp" in place of "Elemental Hero Neos" when Fusion Summoning "Elemental HERO Neos Knight", then the ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" only increases by half the ATK of the Warrior-Type monster.
  • Example: If you use "Marauding Captain" (1200 ATK) and "King of the Swamp" to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Neos Knight", then "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" will only have 3100 ATK.

• The ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" is increased by half of the original ATK of the Fusion Material Monster.
  • If you use a "Double Dude Token" (1000 ATK) from "Destiny Hero - Double Dude" as a Fusion Material Monster for "Elemental HERO Neos Knight", then the ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" is increased by 500.
  • If you use a "Embodiment of Apophis" (1600 ATK) being treated as a Warrior-Type monster by "DNA Surgery" as a Fusion Material Monster for "Elemental HERO Neos Knight", then the ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" is increased by 800.

• If "Skill Drain" affects "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" after "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" increases its ATK by its own effect, then the ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" becomes the printed ATK of 2500. Afterwards, the ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" will remain at 2500 even if "Skill Drain" is removed from the field or if its effect is no longer applied.

• If "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" is flipped face-down by an effect like "Book of Moon", then its ATK-increasing effect is no longer applied, even if "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" later becomes face-up. Thus, the ATK of "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" will no longer be increased once it becomes face-up.
