OCG Rulings

• The effect "You can target 1 face-up Xyz Monster that has Xyz Material; detach 1 Xyz Material from it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Kurivolt" from your Deck" is an Ignition Effect.

• The effect targets 1 face-up Xyz Monster in either player's Monster Zone that has 1 or more Xyz Materials.

• The resolution of "detach 1 Xyz Material from it" and the resolution of "Special Summon 1 "Kurivolt" from your Deck" are considered to happen at the same time.

• "This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster" is not treated as an effect.
