OCG Rulings

• The effect of "Panther Warrior" is a Continuous Effect.

• When "Panther Warrior" declares an attack, you must Tribute 1 monster on your field. (It cannot declare an attack if "Panther Warrior" itself is the only monster on your field.)

• The effects of "Dark Elf", "Panther Warrior", and "Mist Valley Falcon" are Continuous Effects. Therefore, if negated by the effect of "Skill Drain", "Dark Elf" can declare an attack without paying Life Points, "Panther Warrior" can declare an attack without Tributing a monster, and "Mist Valley Falcon" can declare an attack without returning a card to the hand. Also, because the effect "This card can only attack if this card is the only card on your side of the field and if you also have no cards in your hand." of "Ultimate Obedient Fiend" is also negated by the effect of "Skill Drain", it can declare an attack even if there is a card in your hand.

• If "Peten the Dark Clown" is Tributed when "Panther Warrior" declares an attack, the effect of the Tributed "Peten the Dark Clown" can be activated. (In that case, the effect of "Peten the Dark Clown" is activated at the timing of "Panther Warrior" declaring an attack.)

• Evenly Matched: If there are 4 "Sheep Tokens" and a "Panther Warrior" on your opponent's field, you can activate "Evenly Matched". In that case, since Tokens cannot be banished face-down, "Panther Warrior" is the only card your opponent can choose to banish face-down. (The 4 "Sheep Tokens" remain in the Monster Zone.)

• Inferno Reckless Summon: Suppose your opponent activates "Inferno Reckless Summon" when they Special Summon "Geargiauger" while you control a "Panther Warrior" and 3 copies of "Sheep Token". Your opponent Special Summons as many copies of "Geargiauger" as possible from their hand, Deck, and Graveyard. You must choose either "Panther Warrior" or "Sheep Token". If you choose "Sheep Token", since you do not have any monster with the same name in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, you cannot perform the Special Summon and only your opponent performs the Special Summon. If you choose "Panther Warrior", since you only have 1 available Monster Zone, you Special Summon 1 "Panther Warrior" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. (Even if you have a third copy of "Panther Warrior" in your hand or Deck, since you cannot Special Summon 2 or more monsters, the third copy of "Panther Warrior" remains in the hand or Deck. It is not sent to the Graveyard.)
