OCG Rulings

  • The effect targets a Level 4 or lower non-Token LIGHT monster. You can also target an opponent's monster. You can also target a monster with 2000+ ATK.[1][2]
  • You can activate this card even if there are no monsters on the field with the same name as the targeted monster.[1]
