OCG Rulings
- "Once per turn, if a monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or by card effect: Draw 1 card." effect starts a Chain Link when a monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or by card effect.[1]
- "Once per turn, if a monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or by card effect: Draw 1 card." effect is a mandatory effect.[1]
- "Once per turn, if a monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or by card effect: Draw 1 card." effect cannot be activated when a monster treated as an Equip Card or a Pendulum Monster in a Pendulum Zone is destroyed.[1]
- This effect is activated even if a Token Monster Special Summoned by the effect of "Scapegoat" is destroyed by battle or a card effect.[2]
