- This effect must be activated when this card is Special Summoned face-up to a Main Monster Zone that a Link Monster points to. (It will also activate during the Damage Step.)[1]
- Destroying all Link Monsters linked to this card and destroying the monsters that those Link Monsters pointed to do not happen simultaneously.[1]

- Q: When the effect of "Voltester" is activated, can "The Huge Revolution is Over" be chained to it?
- A: If 2 or more Link Monsters would be destroyed by the part of "Voltester"'s effect that destroys all Link Monsters linked to it, it is an effect that would destroy 2 or more cards on the field, so "The Huge Revolution is Over" can be chained to it. Furthermore, if that effect would destroy only 1 Link Monster on the field, while the effect that destroys the monsters that it pointed to would also destroy a monster, "The Huge Revolution is Over" cannot be chained.[2][3]
