- A: If "ZW - Unicorn Spear" becomes an Equip Card by the effect of "Relinquished", the effect that increases ATK by 1900 is not applied, but the effect that negates the opponent's monster's effects during the Battle Phase is applied. Even in this case, since the effect of "Relinquished" that makes its ATK/DEF become equal to the equipped monster's is applied, its ATK becomes 1900 and its DEF becomes 0.[2]
- Q: If you control a "ZW - Unicorn Spear" that is treated as an Equip Card, can you Normal Summon "ZW - Unicorn Spear"?
- A: If you control a "ZW - Unicorn Spear" that is treated as an Equip Card, you cannot Normal Summon "ZW - Unicorn Spear" from your hand. Furthermore, you can Set it from your hand, but if afterwards it is flipped face-up, it is immediately destroyed.[3]
