when i look on skill drain ruling page in here Skill Drain Ruling, i read on the OCG - On the Monster Leaving the Field that monsters like Exiled Force or Stardust Dragon is unafected/ negated by skill drain. just to make sure, are they still unafected even if skill drain is already face up on the field before those monster are summonned ? sorry for bad english Gemini 93 (talk • contribs) 02:03, January 14, 2013 (UTC)

It's because Tribute themselves is Cost, and they can be activate off the field. So be caution of the "Soul Drain", which negated anything within the Graveyard or Banished Zone. --iFredCat 02:06, January 14, 2013 (UTC)

That's because Soul Drain prevents activations of effects in the Graveyard; Exiled Force and Stardust activate their effects on the field. MadRest 02:24, January 14, 2013 (UTC)
