(please do note i'm aware Thousand-eyes restrict and many, many of the following cards are limited or whatever, I don't plan on entering tournaments or anything with it.)
Hi, I'm trying to build a relinquished - TER deck, and I've drafted a deck plan for it, made up of Lv. 1 monsters, I've tried to go for a scary/evil card theme, but there are limits to the amount of level one scary creatures that will work. I've never tried the whole deck template, either it will work or come out horribly mangled. -.- Here goes.

Turned out the deck template didn't work, I'm stupid like that at times, anyhow, I'll just re write it in a normal fashion:
