Regional Duel Monsters Championship

The Regional Duel Monsters Championship are mentioned as being a lower stage than the National Duel Monsters Championship, and are usually the considered qualifiers to the National Tournaments.

In the English dub of the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime, a Regional Championship was won by Weevil Underwood. (In manga and Japanese anime, Weevil won the Japanese National Duel Monsters Championship.)
