Rush Battlers are Dueling items that appear in Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!. They are bottle cap-shaped devices used to measure a Duelist's "Duel Power" in the Alien Residential Area of Mutsuba Town. In the second season, they are used to track a Duelist's progress during the Galaxy Cup.

Overview[edit]

A Rush Battler display showing the amount of George Jersey's Duel Power.

A Rush Battler is shaped almost exactly like a bottle cap, complete with what appears to be a straw insert and a flip-top opening. It is colored gold, with a red, yellow, and gold logo showing the letter "R" emblazoned on top. When activated, the device starts to float and emit a bright light, before proceeding to project its owner's Duel Power. The projection is visualized in the form of a bottle, which content fills up more the higher the Duel Power is.

In the Alien Residential Area, Rush Battlers are used to weigh a Duelist's strength. When two Duelists with Rush Battlers Duel, the loser loses an amount of Duel Power from their "bottle", while the winner gains more for theirs. This means that the device can be used to spot strong Duelists in the area. Since stronger Duelists easily earn wealth, power and respect, Aliens who live in the area often Duel each other while staking an amount of their Duel Power. Due to the amount of strong aliens present in the location, as well as the location offering Duel Power as a prize, the Coruffium is a popular spot for Duelists to fill up their Rush Battlers.

Rush Battlers can also identify nearby Duelists willing to Duel, projecting a yellow beam of light towards the nearest Duelist.[1]
