I would also consider including Chorus of Sanctuary and Yellow Luster Shield, both increase your defense position monsters defense. This will give you a better backbone to taking hits.

Another add on would be Spirit Barrier, as this will protect your life points from just about all battle damage, a good add on if your monsters are placed into attack position either by your choice or your opponents.

However, these suggestions should only be considered if you want to increase the defense aspect of your deck. Otherwise, it'll be a difficult deck to handle.

Name Change?

I am just wondering, maybe this deck's name should have a slight alteration. After all, Bad Reaction is not the only card that reverses Life Point gains; Nurse Reficule does the same thing, and its somewhat easier to bring out (and in some cases, to keep out). Maybe it should have a more generalized name, like "Damage Reverse" deck, or something that doesn't just name one card? Of course, I was just wondering. Stalling is obsolete; thin your deck out instead.

Stalling for multiple turns is obsolete in this game given how quickly one can clear the field (Demise, King of Armageddon or Black Salvo to get Black Rose Dragon). Even Marauding Captain or The Tricky can help you synchro summon a lot easier, with Rose, Warrior of Revenge for Black Rose Dragon or a spellcaster tuner for Arcanite Magician, respectively. You're better off going for pure speed in a Gravekeeper's Deck to thin your deck with Gravekeeper's Commandant to get Necrovalley or be revived with Rite of Spirit, Gravekeeper's Spy to thin/swarm or be reused with Book of Moon or quicker with Book of Taiyou and get your traps into your hand via A Cat of Ill Omen.

You're also only better off using Gift Card or Upstart Goblin because the other cards are too slow or too weak, plus Nurse Reficule the Fallen One is a weak monster that needs protection (although you could use Mystic Tomato or Dark Eruption to quickly get out/reuse that 1 copy you have of it); you could just set both Bad Reaction to Simochi and chain Gift Card to any spell/trap removal for a quick 3000 damage. You can even use Magical Hats to thin out your deck from dead draws if you don't get off your combo (like using it with 2 Upstart Goblin or Gift Card, while you reuse a flip effect or stall for a turn.
