for a Delta Accel Synchro you need 1 tuner synchro and at least 2 non-tuner sunchro monster; you don't have to have exactly three synchro monster to delta Accel Synchro a monster, but you have to have at least three synchro monsters on the field. I checked the Synchro-Summoning requirements for "Shooting Quasar Dragon" and "T.G. Halberd Cannon", they both say "1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters" under "Card Description(s)". For the first part, something like:

This card can also be Exceed [sic] Summoned with 1 "Stardust Dragon" you control that was Special Summoned from the Graveyard by a card effect, except by the effect of "Stardust Dragon". This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card Battles with a monster with higher ATK than this card, remove 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card to return the monster to the top of its owner's Deck at the start of the Damage Step (without damage calculation).

For the 2nd part (part in red at Twilight Stardust Dragon). I think what you're trying to say is:

Once per turn, when a "Stardust Dragon" is Special Summoned onto your side of the field, you can place it beneath this card and treat it as an Exceed [sic] Material Monster. While beneath a monster by this effect, you can activate its effect as if it were an effect monster that is face-up on the field.

RE: Lava Golem's Effect

Lava Golem does not target the monsters that tributes. This is a cost so Obelisk the Tormentor can be tributed normally. Also it doesn't "destroy" the monsters so even if Obelisk the Tormentor was Summoned by tributing Hardened Armed Dragon, the effect of Hardened Armed Dragon does not prevent Obelisk the Tormentor's tribute. Now that I know how to do this i'm just going to say what I said before. Episode 152 gives enough evidence that leo does have feelings for luna(if it was just the dress he would have reacted differant then the way he did).Also leo gets jealous when someone flirts with luna,or when she crushes on somebody(the dub changes his feelings and reactions completely). He also blushes around her alot. Re: Decree being chained

"Graceful Revival" resolves first and Special Summons the monster. "Royal Decree" then resolves. It won't negate the first effect of "Graceful Revival", since it has already resolved, so the monster stays on the field.
However the last two Continuous Effects of "Graceful Revival" are negated, so if "Graceful Revival" is removed from the field while "Royal Decree" is still active, the monster won't be destroyed. Yes, I was working on fixing that when you sent me that message. It's difficult fixing charts right now, since the site seems to be buggy concerning them. When I preview everything looks fine, but then they end up looking weird. After I made the fix, it stopped listing all applicable cards and went back to only listing 10, though the change I made should not have done anything of the sort. Vs. Hyper Hammerhead: Catastor and Hammerhead don't chain to each other. Catastor activates at the Start of the Damage Step. Hammerhead activates after Damage Calculation. Since Damage Calculation never had a chance to occur, Hammerhead never activates.

Vs. Neo-Spacian Grand Mole: Both activate at the Start of the Damage Step. However, Catastor will always be Chain Link 1 (Mandatory Trigger) and Mole will always be Chain Link 2 (Optional Trigger). I don't see a problem with that though. It's actually quite logical to reply on the same page as well.

The original names (Meklord Emperor Wisel/Grannel/Skiel ∞) were initially from WC11. They got the Meklord bit right, but it seems like Konami decided to change the name a bit after they released WC11, and that was by removing the ∞ sign. There is no excuse for Kiryu to have "Chacu Challua" in his hand, Rua to have "Dark Matter", Judai to have "Terrorking Archfiend" or Kaiba to have "Feral Imp".
