20th Anniversary Legendary Dragons is the thirty-third installment of the Limited Edition series. It could be pre-ordered on the V Jump website from May 21 to June 21, 2018 using a serial code included with the July 2018 Issue of the V Jump magazine. The first 50000 packs were delivered within a week, while the rest of the packs were delivered in July.
