- When Yugi Muto duels Pharaoh Atem (aka Yami Yugi), Atem activates this card by tributing "The Tricky" to special summon "Tricky Tokens" equal to the number of Yugi's monsters ("Green Gadget", "Red Gadget", "Yellow Gadget" and "Stronghold the Moving Fortress"). As Yugi had four monsters out, this card creates four Tricky Tokens then Atem tributes three of them to summon "Obelisk the Tormentor". On the next turn, Atem tributes the last Tricky Token to activate "Summoning Clock" to special summon three monsters ("Queen's Knight", "King's Knight" and "Slifer the Sky Dragon").[1]
