Hi, a quickly question cuz i have web problems.
Can Light and Darkness Dragon negate the effect of "drestroy 1 card" by Machina Fortress when it is destroyed by battle?
It is not an effect, but more the less an inherited summoning condition which DOES NOT FORM A CHAIN. So no, you wouldn't be able to negate Machina Fortress'es Summoning.

Okay, I read the ruling it's says if one of the targets is remove the remaining one will be special summon.
