Duelist Nexus is a Core Booster in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG) and Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game (TCG). It is the 1st Core Booster of Series 12, following Cyberstorm Access.
This is the first Core Booster to be printed in Simplified Chinese, and the first one to be printed in Asian-English since Raging Battle.
The Korean set was pre-released at the venue of the Korean Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2023 Qualifiers Finals on June 24, 2023.[1] It was released to retail on July 5, 2023.

- In the OCG, the first print runs of Duelist Nexus boxes include 1 Duelist Nexus +1 Bonus Pack. In addition, 1 Hidden Chapter Pack 2023 Vol.1 was given to buyers for every Asian box purchase of Duelist Nexus.
- Prismatic Secret Rares in the OCG, and Starlight Rares in the TCG, are replaced by Quarter Century Secret Rares.
- Includes cards used by Brron, Mad King of Dark World.
- The TCG version also includes cards used by Bastion Misawa.
